Job Title: Procurement Category Manager
Location: Somerset
Salary: Up to £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Regular liaison with the wider Supply Chain teams
• Management of category procurement strategy, ensuring sourcing, cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Be part negotiations for procurement contracts.
• Source, onboard and maintain suppliers that meet quality, sustainability, and compliance requirements.
• Regular liaison with existing and potential suppliers.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders
• Raising PO’s
• Work closely wider the supply chain team

Requirements:
• Procurement/Buying/Purchasing experience with the food industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Driving License
