Job Overview:
The company are in search of an experienced and dynamic Multi-Site Process Manager to oversee their manufacturing operations across multiple sites. As the Multi-Site Process Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, consistency, and compliance of the manufacturing processes to deliver top-notch food products.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest product quality standards across multiple manufacturing sites.

Collaborate with site managers and cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization and innovation.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, and safety, and take action to address issues.

Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies at all manufacturing sites.

Lead and mentor site teams in best practices for process management, quality control, and continuous improvement.

Drive change management initiatives to enhance process adoption and efficiency.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on process performance and improvement initiatives.
