Role Overview:
As a Process Development Technologist, you will be pivotal in advancing the product and process innovations. You will be part of a process team that moves products from the kitchen to the factory. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about technology, food, and process improvement who wants to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Effective delivery of the NPD / EPD process from kitchen handover to launch in line with customer category plans
• Lead the Process teams that move products from kitchen to factory, ensuring all aspects of product quality are met and that the agreed margin is delivered.
• Oversee the product launch to meet established standards, including managing trial operations, coordinating launch meetings, and ensuring a smooth handover to the Technical and Production teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to assist with post-launch reviews, continuously assess product quality, resolve manufacturing issues, drive ongoing improvements, and identify opportunities for cost savings and increased efficiency.
• Support the organising of customer visits and benchmarking panels
• Foster a strong health and safety culture by adhering to all health and safety guidelines during kitchen and process development activities.

Qualifications:
Education: A degree in Food Science or food-related
Experience: Previous experience in process development or doing factory trials preferred.
Skills: Basic Computing skills (Excel).
Attributes: Enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
