Job Title: Process Development Manager
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + (£8,000+ Profit Share)
Location: Bolton (Some Hybrid working)

Role Responsibilities
– The Process Development Manager will be detail orientated with a strategic mind-set. The role is primarily responsible for streamlining and improving the efficiency of our operational business processes and improve the quality standards.
– The role holder will be an operations specialist who will have the capability to enhance our business processes and boost profitability. You must be able to evaluate existing processes, analyse implemented changes and recommend adjustments to workflows, schedules, or other processes, as needed.
– You will have strong analytical skills and a positive approach, which are key to identifying and implementing potential operational improvements as well as improving the quality of service.
