£30k – £40k
Based Crewe
An excellent opportunity has just become available with a renowned food manufacturer to head up the Planning on site. This role offers the chance to join a great team with a route of progression mapped out.
You will be…
• Reducing operational downtime through contingency management.
• Minimizing labour costs, production hours, and use of agency staff.
• Ensuring all products are produced in line with Product specifications & QAS sheets.
• Coordination of labour and materials.
• Daily management and monitoring of RM Stock levels.
• Monitoring and reducing waste on packaging, ingredients, equipment, consumables, parts, and damage.
Skills and Experience
• Experience in a Planning role
• Excellent IT skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility with regards to working hours.
Monday- Thursday 7.30am- 5pm, Friday 7.30am- 4pm
