Job Description

We are currently working to hire a Food Technical Assistant to join a Food packing company located in Cambridgeshire.

You will be looking at
Yearly salary of – £22 000.
– 3 days in the office. 20 hours a week
– You get to pick what days you want to work in the office.
Week – 8:30am-4:30pm.(betweeen monday and friday)

Roles and responsibilities
• Assist when needed with tasks involving BRC Food Safety
• Knowledge of HACCP
• Assist with food technical queries such as food safety, food quality and regulation and compliance.
• Food labelling
• Assist with factory hygiene inspections.
• Assist with third party audits
Ideal Candidate
• Food Based Degree (Idea)
• Maths and English (GCSE) Essential
• Good knowledge of Excel Essential
• Food safety/ technical experience or knowledge Essential
