The Role
• Reporting into the Packaging Manager
• Concept to launch Packaging development and blue-sky projects
• Sustainability projects
• Continuous Improvement projects
• CAPEX Investment projects
• Opportunities to support across Group, and progress into a Group roles or Packaging Manager for site.
The Candidate
• The ideal candidate is someone with Packaging development experience in Food, Pharma or Health & Beauty
• Candidates with an NPD background and exposure to packaging or, packaging buyers can also be considered
• Relevant qualifications are fantastic, but not required
• Must have RTW and be based in the UK – we cannot sponsor
