Calling all NPD Professionals!

I'm currently recruiting for an NPD Manager with a well established and leading innovative business.

The role will be responsible for supporting the NPD department in all matters relating to product development and product lifecycle management

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the successful and timely management of projects
Creating and owning new briefs to send to suppliers for new launches, including bulk and packaging suppliers, ensuring they are compliant with the correct regulations
Drive the brand, working closely with the Sales team to deliver innovation

Key Experience and Skills:
Degree or equivalent in subject area
Excellent commercial awareness and knowledge
Has demonstrated progression and/or self-development in previous roles/education
Experience within the Beauty industry
