This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious Development Manager to join their team and to work across their ambient ranges

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Product Developers and NPD Technologists and driving forward the product range by using a combination of creative and commercial skillsets.

You will be absolute foodie, with demonstrable experience of launching commercially viable products into major UK retailer customers.

This role is perfect for a Senior NPD Technologist to step into their first NPD Manager role too.

The successful candidate will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and have experience managing customer retail accounts.

In return, they are offering a competitive salary and package – 38k-42k
