This is a great career development role for someone who will get exposure to brand and own label, chilled and frozen food manufacturing. The company is a mid sized business (40-50m) and the sales controller likes developing people so you will get opportunities to take on responsibility and make decisions.
This role will be home based, expectation is that you will average a couple of days a week in the office but some weeks this will be none depending on workload so this is a sensible approach with autonomy given to you.
The company deal with a broad range of retailers, pretty much all of them and therefore the portfolio will be decided based on experience and character fit but some top 4 grocery and discount accounts will be in the mix.
The Candidate can live anywhere in east midlands, yorkshire, north east or north west.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience of handling face to face major retail relationships of ongoing joint business plan style and have worked for a food manufacturer.
Package is circa £40-50k + car / allowance + bonus
