£48k + £4800 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus
Surrey – 1 day a week in the office
Managing Contract Caterers Customers – P&L £7m
Requirements:
• 3 year’s commercial and network experience working with own label brands or with food supply chain manufacturers. Previous contract caterer management experience is a bonus.
• Critical path project management experience preferential.
• A self-starter: comfortable leading projects and implementing new processes.
• Business Development / Sales skills, demonstrating an ability to make connections, create rapport, nurture, and win business by selling in a proposition to a variety of senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead negotiations skilfully and create and deliver high impact pitches.
• You are a master communicator, you know when to speak, you know how to listen, and you know how to engage a whole room and keep their attention.
