National Account Manager – Grocery

A market leading food business are looking to appoint a NAM to identify and manage current Grocery relationships.

Purpose of the role
Supporting the Sales Director / Controller to reach KPI’s commercially by understanding and executing the commercial strategy in several accounts by developing and maintaining key relationships with customer.
Key responsibilities
– input into the Sales department strategy, unlocking new opportunities to deliver against all budget metrics.
– Negotiate and execute joint business plans with customers and company strategies to deliver profitable growth.
– Proactive management of all key commercial relationships establishing strong collaborative working relationships
– NPD launches on time to expectations in budgets and forecasts.
Skills and experience
– Minimum 12 months sales experience including both branded and private label.
– Extensive experience of negotiating joint business plans
– Understanding of data and category management, to utilize for mutual benefits of company and customers.
– Ability to manage complex relationships to deliver against commercial relationships.
Salary / Package
Circa £50k – £55k + £6550 Car Allowance + Bonus
