The focus of this NAM will be to manage existing business while hunting and winning new accounts. With increased capacity and capability for output, the business is looking for their new NAM to add accounts and value to continue this successful period into the future.
Understanding B2B food manufacturing will be essential, you will have to apply your past experiences from the earliest stages of this role. While having a black book is not essential, an understanding of prospective clients and how to work with them will be needed.
This is a role that offers both autonomy and the roadmap to promotions within the business. You will be required to travel Nationwide; it is recommended to be within the North West or West Midlands.
