Position: Multi-skilled Engineer.

Salary: £42,000

Location: Greater Manchester

Shifts: 6-2 / 2-6 / 10-6

This is an amazing opportunity to work with a leading UK-based manufacturer in the FMCG industry at their Greater Manchester site. With multiple sites across the U.K and working with both the take-home and consumer markets, our client is eager to hire a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their ever-growing business.

The Multi-skilled Engineer role is where our client would have you operate, maintain the site including reactive and planned maintenance and fault finding.

The role of Multi-skilled Engineer:

Fault Diagnosis
Assistance on building and development of new projects
Carry out planned preventative maintenance using the agreed schedule
Reactive maintenance when required.
Recording of Reactive and planned maintenance
A successful candidate:

A successful Specialist Engineer should be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail whilst working safely. You’ll have a unique job title and role meaning an ideal candidate needs to be proactive and organised.

Multi-skilled engineers; HNC (or equivalent), Mechanical/electrical engineering
Suitable and relevant engineering (FMCG or similar manufacturing primarily)

Scheduled shift rotation:

Sunday 10pm – Friday 6am
Monday 6am – Friday 2pm
Monday 2pm – Friday 10pm
