Position: Multi-skilled Engineer.

Salary: £42,000

Location: Cheshire

Shifts: 2 days 2 nights 7-7

This is an amazing opportunity to work with one of the largest packaging manufacturers in Europe. With a worldwide network and multiple sites across the U.K, our client is eager to hire a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their ever-growing business.

The Multi-skilled Engineer role is where our client would have you operate, maintain the site including reactive and planned maintenance and fault finding.

The role of Multi-skilled Engineer:

Fault Diagnosis
Assistance on building and development of new projects
Carry out planned preventative maintenance using the agreed schedule
Reactive maintenance when required.
Recording of Reactive and planned maintenance
Ensure food safety is as a priority
Be able to work independently
A successful candidate:

A successful Specialist Engineer should be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail whilst working safely. An ideal candidate needs to be proactive and organised and capable of working independently and effectively in a team.

Multi-skilled engineers; HNC (or equivalent), Mechanical/electrical engineering
Suitable and relevant engineering (FMCG or similar manufacturing primarily)
