My client, a market leader in their field are currently recruiting for an experienced QA Manager.
•To assist & support the Technical Manager and site team.
•Ensure company, customer and legislative requirments are met and maintained.
•Monitoring quality systems to ensure continuous improvments.
•Measure and monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPI's and other programme indicators.
•Fully understand and communicate with customers to meet specifications and needs to ensure 100% satisfaction.
•Establish & maintain quality standards, ensuring compliance with technical polices and procdures in line with legislation and best practice requirements.
•Responsibility for up dating product information systems.
•Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve quality targets and continous improvment.
•Any other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have relevant technical experience. Also be educated to degree level or equivelant in a food related subject.
