Reporting into the Production Manager you will supervise all aspects of production within the factory, monitoring and training factory personnel. You will ensure safe manufacturing on a day to day basis, reporting any findings to the Production Manager. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Manage and train personnel within the factory with regards to chemical, cleaning, training and CCPs
Ensure all matrix details are up to date
Ensure all products are manufactured safely
Undertake adhoc duties outside of your usual responsibilities to meet the requirements of the business
You must have previous experience supervising people. It would be advantageous to have worked in the meat sector with good exposure to BRC, HACCP standards and Food Safety Manufacturing awareness. However applications are also welcome from candidates from other food backgrounds. This company offers good stability in the current climate due to consistent demand for products within a solid retail customer base.
DAYS MON-FRI 5:45am- 3:45pm with an hour's break for lunch
