Marketing Manager, Scotland

A growing branded food business are looking to hire an additional Senior Marketing Manager to their team to help focus on a new brand launch, as well as creating & implementing brand strategies across their portfolio of products.
The company has been growing for a number of years, and are looking for a creative and hands on Marketing Manager who is used to working on their own initiative.
As the business is an SME, the successful person will be used to working with limited data and support. However, this will enable the right person to be able to implement their own ideas and strategies within a range of customers including Major Retailers.
The long-term aim of the role is for the candidate to progress into a Director level role.
•To create and lead the delivery of the 3-5 year brand strategies
•Responsible for scoping and validating new projects within the business, project managing through to product launch
•Defining a clear market position, opportunity and pricing strategy for our branded products
•Will likely come from an SME background – preferably in branded food business
•Have five or more years in a brand or marketing manager role
•Consumer orientated, creative and comfortable in negotiations
