A B2b & B2C manufacturing business is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the business by creating and implementing Marketing Strategies to achieve the overall business objectives and strategic goals.
Develop, maintain & create Local, National & online marketing content, including promotional materials, content writing, press and publications and updating the company website
Production of sales & marketing materials including leaflets, emails, customer newsletters, advertisements, and other market collateral.
Organisation of promotion events and seminars/creating Power point presentations for Sales Dept/collating information to generate a follow-up tasting sheet.
Attending networking events to represent and promote the company.
Conduct Market research including category, consumer & customer insight for presentations and new product launches
Identify advertising and promotion opportunities.
Managing Social media accounts
Support Sales team by creating brochures, custom labels, ad hoc marking material
Generate 3D mock-ups of packaging with Adobe Dimensions for Sales Dept
Timely and regular (monthly) reporting on market trends
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience in customer and commercially led Product Marketing role
Track record of developing brand plans
Social Media – Twitter, Facebook, Google plus, Linkedin & Instagram
Photography, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Adobe Premier, After Effects, Canva, Adobe Dimensions, Mintel.
Proven skills managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
Ability to work independently
The postholder will enjoy a high degree of autonomy in this role and will be expected to develop and enhance the current marketing strategy of the brand, using your experience strive to deliver high levels of interactions on social medial to promote the culture.
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Salary
Hybrid working: 2/3 days site, rest WFH
