Marketing Manager
A global FMCG food business/brand are looking to appoint a experienced Marketing Manager to manage their marketing function. This will be managing a team of Brand Managers, Product Manager, Business Analyst and Marketing Assistant.
Key support role in the development of global category and brand strategies.
Grow the brands consumer and shopper base.
Manage the UK Marketing function and support the team with development and coaching.
Lead the marketing team to develop annual marketing plans for each of the brands.
Lead the marketing team to continuously optimize each touchpoint impacting new and existing consumers.
Lead the engagement of the sales team to collaborate and deliver annual commercial strategies.
Manage the category/brand/product budgets, monitor and report on performance metrics.
Engage and align with the global category management unit.
Lead supplier/partner management.
Full responsibility for the overall marketing budget.
What they're looking for:
Marketing, Project or Business Degree level educated
Must have FMCG experience, ideally Food/drink.
Experience managing a team.
Excellent Brand Management experience
Extensive experience delivering projects.
Proven application and understanding of digital marketing/ social media.
Highly creative.
Excellent communicator.
Able to travel when needed.
This would suit a Senior Brand Manager/ Marketing Manager with experience within FMCG, looking for a new exciting challenge with an established business.
£60k Salary + £7,800 Car allowance + Very generous bonus based on business profits.
Hybrid working – 3 days site, 2 days home
