Job Description

My client is currently looking for an accomplished Manufacturing Manager who is passionate about delivering products to be proud of and can create a sense of passion within every individual of their team. This is a chance to join a multi-national business who strive to become better every day.

The role
Day to day leadership of two shift teams at the businesses site, ensuring a safe and compliant environment, manufacturing quality product as required at agreed cost.
Challenge inefficiency and process loss at every opportunity; establishing team cultures of continuous improvement, cross functional capabilities and unrelenting pursuit of performance excellence.
Develop a culture of success through Coaching, Mentoring and strong personal leadership.

The candidate
Operational experience in a manufacturing environment at senior level
Operational knowledge of drinks in either softs or Alcohol
Bottling experience is preferred, followed by food manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of BRC
Good Man-management experience essential
