Position: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Package: Up to £55,000 DOE
Shift: Monday – Friday (6am-2.30pm/1.30pm-10pm)

In order to continue development and company growth, they are in search for multi skilled maintenance engineers to join their well-established team.
Role:
Ensure that production operations maximise output and minimise downtime safely through regular planned maintenance
Optimise the performance and lifecycle of operational equipment with regular preventative maintenance, working with the Production team, to identify and understand causes of equipment wear and underperformance
Respond to unplanned breakdowns in a timely and effective manner, working alongside engineering and production colleagues minimise disruption.
Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial/Manufacturing/Processing machinery.
Adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.

Salary: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
