Position: Multi Skilled Engineer
Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 per annum
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues to implement effective solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Participating in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and recommending innovative solutions.
Adhering to health and safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Relevant engineering qualification (e.g., HND, HNC, NVQ, BTEC) or equivalent experience
Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role within a manufacturing environment
Strong expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work the specified shift pattern
