A renowned and reputable food manufacturing company are seeking a highly skilled and versatile electrically biased maintenance engineer to join their team. If you are passionate about engineering and have a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance with a bias towards electrical engineering, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
You will be joining a compact and successful team consisting of 8 engineers. Your ability to respond promptly to breakdowns and efficiently minimize production downtime will be crucial day to day.
Salary: up to £51K
Shift: 6-2, 8-4, 2-10 rotation Monday to Friday with a 8-hour shift every 3rd Saturday. (40.36 a week) No on call responsibility.
Location: Moray

A successful candidate will have/be:
-multi skilled maintenance engineer with a strong electrical bias
-a recognized engineering apprenticeship with 5+ years of manufacturing experience including experience with hydraulic/pneumatic experience.
-knowledge in both mechanical & electrical disciplines with preference towards candidates experienced with PLC.
-competent at ensuring planned and breakdown maintenance is carried out on all site plant and services to suit production requirements.
