Job Description
Position – Maintanence fitter
client – I am working with a fantastic client of mine who are heavily known for their exceptional service and great repuatation within the industry. They are searching for an experienced maintanence fitter to add value to their team
package –
Salary: £39,375
Shifts: 40-48 hours per week working both days and nights (no weekends)
Location: Doncaster
Role:
• Risk assessing all jobs before work begins
• All work to be done to a high standard, in a safe and competent way to ensure the safety
of all staff
• To install and maintain new equipment ensuring production is not interrupted
• To maintain all existing equipment ensuring production is not interrupted
• To assist in any other duties and ad hoc projects as and when required
Requirements:
• Had a time served apprenticeship or recognised Mechanical Engineering
certification/qualification, or equivalent.
• Previous engineering experience within a process/factory environment.
• Take a proactive approach to problem solving and produce appropriate solutions to
reduce disruption to working processes.
• Have a calm and methodical approach to work and be able to work under pressure within
time constraints.
• Excellent communication skills.
