Job Description: Liquid Development and Quality Compliance Specialist
Salary: £35,000-45,000

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Liquid Development Technologist in the Food and Liquid industry. As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the liquid product development process while ensuring quality and compliance standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, production, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to develop and deliver safe, high-quality liquid products that meet industry regulations and customer expectations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in liquid product development, quality control, and compliance within the food or beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and industry standards (e.g., FDA, HACCP, ISO).
Familiarity with sensory evaluation, analytical testing, and microbiological analysis methods.
Experience in supplier quality management and conducting supplier audits.
Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
