HR and Payroll Assistant

Our client is one of the UK's largest independent Bakery Businesses. An exciting new vacancy has arisen for an experienced HR and Payroll Assistant to join the team at their site in London.
This role would be suited to an experienced and qualified candidate with FMCG or Food Industry experience.
• Carry out weekly payroll and assist with month end procedures
• Manage the reporting of all sickness-absence in line with company policy
• Assist employee relations including grievance, discipline, and suspension
• Conduct analysis on the weekly payroll and manage the allocations of labour expense
• Previous experience with Sage
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Meticulous record keeping and attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
