Our client is one of Europe's leading manufacturer of bakery items, supplying high quality products to supermarkets throughout the UK. A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join the team at their site in Coventry.
This role would be suited to an experienced and qualified candidate with FMCG or Food Industry experience.
• Record and manage all holiday requests
• Assist with preparation of payroll information and overtime
• Manage the reporting of all sickness-absence in line with company policy
• Provide support to the HR Advisor in addressing all ER cases in a timely manner
• Previous experience with SAP and Kronos
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Meticulous record keeping and attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
