Our client is a UK leader in the manufacturing of baked goods, supplying high quality products to supermarkets across the nation. A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced Office Support Assistant to join the team at their site in Maidstone, Kent.
This role would be suited to an experienced and hands-on candidate from a busy office background who is looking to progress. Part of the week will be spent on reception with the remaining days assisting the team with operations support.
• Interaction with clients, visitors, and vendors
• Data input and maintain accurate records
• Type up correspondence, meeting notes, and forms (among other documents)
• Perform clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, preparing payrolls, placing orders, and answering calls
•A personable office administrator – ideally with reception experience
•Someone with initiative and motivation to build on their skills
•Someone who approachable and confident to interact new people
•Strong IT skills and ability to use Excel
