ROLE & CANDIDATE
This role will focus on supporting the Technical Manager. Our client is looking for someone smart, capable of using their own initiative and that's happy to get stuck in. You need to have previous QA experience working to BRC standards within Food & Drink production. Ideally you will have Food Safety level 3 coupled with a competent standard of written English. The role will involve swabbing, traceability audits, shelf life testing, completing supplier audit questionnaires, general auditing as well as supporting the Technical Manager on external audits. Our client offers excellent career progression prospects!
Monday- Friday Office Hours
40 hours per week, with a 1-2 early starts each month to undertake relevant audits
