Lead Maintenance Engineer

Hours: Monday to Friday Days

Salary: upto £62,500

Client

I am working with an exceptional client of mine who are established and highly regarded within the industry. My client strives for excellence and are looking for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Always challenge and find alternative ways of working where efficiency gains can be made
Planning and delivering the PPM schedules
Review engineering the spend quartley
Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
Oversee the daily operations of the engineering department and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to budget.
Work closely with production and quality control teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures.
Conduct research and development on new technologies and processes.
Qualifications:

HNC/HND (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred)
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role
Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
