Our client are leading manufacturer within the food industry. We are looking for a Laboratory Manager to work on site in Cookham dean. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within an award-winning international business as well as gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for the management of 2-4 Lab technicians.
• Analysis, Swabbing and testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Preparation of samples and relevant laboratory analysis.
• Aid in the development of new products
What we are looking for:
• Knowledge of microbiology/sampling techniques – ideally within food testing
• experience in a laboratory, ideally with a food manufacturer
• Good attention to detail
• IT skills
What’s on Offer:
• Salary £30,000 – £34,000
