You will be responsible for ensuring quality, compliance and safety are met to the highest level.
- You will work with a number of food retailers so experience is a must
- This role will see you manage internal, third party and BRC audits so the desired candidate will have a strong auditing background.
- Other areas of expertise you will need to have for this role are a a good understanding of Specs, a good knowledge of Quality Systems and a strong knowledge of HACCP.
You will have a HACCP qualification and or food related degree coupled with previous experience of working in a technical capacity for a food manufacturer. You will have a good understanding of BRC. Required training will be offered by the Director of the business however a strong working knowledge of BRC, HACCP and Food Safety is vital. This is an exciting role for the right individual to take the next step in their Food career!
