IT Support Engineer

They are seeking a proactive and team focused person who will work together with the existing team to support across a range of systems supporting manufacture and supply chain.

The Role:
This vacancy will see you working closely with your IT colleagues spread across 2 sites. Your duties will include.
• To support IT users in the business across 2 sites
• Support existing ERP and IT system solutions currently as well as future changes.
• Monitor application performance and use, while troubleshooting the problems and providing ongoing support.
• Use your data and systems knowledge to maintain SD support alongside 3rd parties.
The Candidate:
To be considered for this opportunity you need to be passionate about IT, my client is happy to consider candidates that are just starting on their IT career.
• The preferred candidate will be very analytical with a knowledge of SQL from FMCG/fresh produce industry.
• Previous experience Woking with ERP systems is ideal but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels with a keen eye for detail.
• Driving licence

If successful, the salary is £23,000.00 to £24,000.00 + a fantastic benefits scheme. For the right candidate there is solid career progression and training available.
