Financial & Distribution Administrator
Worcestershire
£18k + Benefits

My client is an FMCG services business looking to add to its Admin team with a Financial & Distribution Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Ensure Transport invoicing hit targets
• Collect data for invoicing and sent to relevant people
• Process supplier invoices
• Load supplier invoices onto systems
• Find POD's required and retype any relevant invoices
• Follow up on supplier statements that all invoices have been received
• Manage Fines; speeding tickets and congestion charges - action as and when received
• Tax all vehicles and ensure all relevant MOT's are up to date
• Tachographs/Vehicle Logs - record all tacho's received and file ready to send,
• file vehicle logs whilst checking for discrepancies in mileages
• Ensure all Tachographs are analysed and digitals are downloaded

About you:
• Have Admin experience in purchase Ledger work
• Experience within managing distribution / transport would be ideal but not essential
• Experience of managing Invoices, POD's and other admin processes.
