You will be working for a growing food manufacturer in Leicester, who have just been acquired by a major European player. In this role you will be responsible for collaborating with UK business sites and taking a key role in ensuring the maintenance, configuration, and smooth operation of computer systems, servers, SAN, networking, and virtualization.
This role would suit someone with 1-3 years in IT Support, enjoys taking a customer-centric approach to problem solving and working closely with internal stakeholders. Technical Environments includes Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange/Outlook, Teams, Active directory, Sophos MDM, Jira (ITSM), Windows server 2012, 2016, VMware, VEEAM, Fortinet, VPN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi
Salary – £32,000
Schedule – Monday to Friday 9:17:30 (40 hours) flexible around these hours’ dependant on projects etc. which the successful candidate may be involved with.
Holiday – 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
