A large Health & Beauty business are expanding internationally, therefore are currently seeking a driven and dynamic Account Manager to build, develop and grow the sales and profit of multiple Brands in America.
Key Main Responsibilities
– Build, develop and grow the sales for the brands in America.
– Drive effective channel strategy execution and range implementation with distributors to accelerate business growth and optimise its profitably in line with the market goals.
– Work with Marketing, Product and Finance Teams to make and execute integrated business plans for growth and profit.

Responsible for delivering monthly sales volumes and communicating to the Senior Account Manager any changes to budget, target or expected annual profit delivery In conjunction with local distributors, develop and implement joint business plans across major retailers in market

Manage retailer promotional programs, ensuring maximum ROI and profitability by varying timings, mechanics and trade execution
Ideal Candidate
–
Ideally educated to Degree Level
– Past experience within a sales role with full accountability for a market or sizeable trade channel.
– Desirable to be International sales but can be UK National sales
–
Appreciation and understanding of key international high fashion, beauty and lifestyle markets
– Proven record of having earned respect and confidence of customer/distributors/retail partners in previous roles
– Strong and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
–
Ability to confidently and competently present sales pitches to senior external stakeholders, including brand and product updates as well as commercial plans
– Mathematically astute
£45 – £55k Salary DOE + Bonus
