Job Title – Internal Account Manager
Bristol – Office based role
Our client is seeking an Internal Account Manager to join the team. This role will be supporting the sales division to provide high level service and account management to both existing and new customers clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Account management of existing businesses, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
• Supporting the growth of existing and new customer relationships – winning activity, generating opportunities and qualifying prospects
• Work with the manager to develop a sales plan for the area, monitoring and mapping objectives and timescales required to achieve sales growth
• Submitting customer reports, monthly sales reports, quotations, payment terms and order processing
You will have:
• Ideally some Sales Exec/Sales Support experience within the Chemicals industry
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
• Drive, determination, and a willingness to progress and develop.
• Computer proficient, self-motivated – works independently, experience with data sheets and analytical software
• Can do attitude
Package – £30k salary + up to £15k commission
