Manage one local buyer in UK
Lead procurement activities for new projects (business development, product changes…)
Owns the relationship with local suppliers: sourcing, negotiation, contracting
Guarantee alignment with stakeholders (finance, manufacturing, NPD…)
Supports the local S&OP process in checking demand vs capacity and secures continuity of supply Coordinates locally the roll out of global initiatives
Supports Category Lead buyers on local implementation of global strategy..
Monitors Quality and Supply Chain KPIs
Elaborates Budget/Estimate and tracks PPV
Global
Lead group procurement categories
Defines the sourcing strategy (5 years road map, supplier market intelligence, technology watch, supplier panel, Sustainable procurement road map)
Manage & monitor the total expenses of his categories and suggest action to reduce cost
Owns the relationship with the supplier (SRM) and consolidates Vendor rating
Leads negotiation based on cost breakdown, Total Cost of Ownership – TCO and risk elements
Conduct procurement risk analysis and defines mitigation plans
Manages contracting and follow-up (contract design, deployment, performance evaluation, clean Sheet, commodity indexes
Build differentiation through supplier continuous Improvement and Innovation
Lead strategic sourcing projects, including co-manufacturing activities Leads Value Analysis and contributes to NPD

Report directly to Group procurement group director
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Change Management
Strong interpersonal skills (leadership, communication, ability to convince) Analysis & synthesis
Strong experience in procurement and ideally in Agro-industry (min 8 years)
Technical knowledge of the category and supplier market
Strong sense of internal client service
Language: English native
