Overlook and manage, if require undertake cleaning of the establishment to ensure a comprehensive cleaning service is provided in compliance with Company procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH, BRC standards and Food Hygiene regulations

To be fully conversant and comply with factors relating to COSHH regulations.
Follow Company procedures, especially those regarding Food hygiene
Ensure hygiene duties on site are carried out
Comply with hygiene equipment and PPE colour coded system within the factory.
All relevant cleaning checklists completed as per schedule.
Report any damages to factory equipment or other issues to engineering, production or other relevant departments
Order and manager hygiene chemicals and consumables.
Manage laundry requirements: delivery of cleans collection of dirties, and allocation of coats to staff to ensure availability for the next delivery
Create CIC instructions as require
Risk assess and approve new equipment introduced to site, communicated any hygiene/fabrication concerns to engineers
Train and coach hygiene team on hygiene tasks
Carry out PDPs and one-to-one meetings with the team
Work on hygiene performance, cleaning improvements to ensure environmental micro testing results are within specification.
