My client is currently looking for a Hygiene and Food Safety Specialist.

To lead in terms of hygiene throughout the site.
To lead food safety on site, to coordinate HACCP team activities throughout site.
To lead ‘Allergen Control’ throughout the business. Identifying robust systems to allow the business to operate in terms of operational efficiency and statutory requirements.
To lead ‘Pest Control’ throughout the business.
To manage personal protective clothing (PPC) laundering provision.
To provide expertise in terms of microbiological issues.
Must be advanced HACCP qualified and diploma in Hygiene by a recognized provider (i.e. REHIS)
Bsc Food Science or relevant Science qualification would be beneficial
The ideal person must have previous food safety experience ideally working for food retailer or food manufacturers in a similar position with 5 years minimum would be preferred
