Job Description

HSE Manager vacancy based in Shropshire. Mon-Fri, office hours. £35-45k DOE.

My client is a leading food manufacturer who has seen consistent growth YOY for the last 3 years and plans to grow a further 10% before the year ends. It's a modern & fast-paced site, where everyone pitches in to help out. With a family-feel environment, culture-fit is really important to them and they're looking for a self-starter, who's keen to get stuck in and help to drive the business forward.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the HSE function for the site: updating & improving their systems and processes, leading internal and external audits and assisting with training.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within HSE, ideally within a manufacturing environment. You will have an IOSH qualification and be working towards/currently have a NEBOSH certificate.
