The Role: HSE Manager
• Throw the book out, build from the ground up on-site and then bring the rest of the group along with you
• Eventually grow into a Head of/Group role

£50-60k + package DOE, plus benefits inc 36 days holiday & enhanced company pension.

The Candidate
• People-focussed, influential and switched-on
• Experience in Food HSE with relevant qualifications
