The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will see you managing the long-term project of combining & creating a new Training Manual Matrix. You’ll have a wide variation of duties as well, including.
• Creation of Training Matrix by reviewing existing manuals, speaking with department managers and analysing needs of the business.
• From an HR perspective the matrix needs to ensure safety is enhanced, compliance is met, staff weaknesses and strengths are identified and business expectations are clear.
• All induction and on boarding – create a 4,8,12-week plan to ensure every new starter is settling in well. To minimise staff turnover
• Analyse pay structures across the business to ensure a framework is implemented to assess employee's work and performance.- Rewards and adjustments.
Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position you’ll need to be an HR professional with a learning & development background and experience of training manuals/matrix. You will also need
• To possess an engaging and positive attitude – Employee’s must feel confident in approaching you.
• Some people management experience – they are part of an apprenticeship programme and they will report into you.
• Excellent administration skills
• The ability to identify training needs to develop employees.
