My client is looking for an HR officer to join the business and lead employee relations and case management. The right candidate will have extensive experience of generalist HR duties including ER, organisation change, recruitment, talent management, training, etc. and knowledge of employment law, ACAS codes of practice and HR Policies ideally experience in a FMCG environment
Job: HR officer
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm (Maybe flexible)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 based on experience
Location: South West
•Policy review and development
•HR policy and procedures document preparation and control
•Lead for implementation of People Development Planning Performance review processes at Leivers and Warwick
•Change management projects as required.
•Be a key driver in upskilling our line managers’ capability specifically around our people’s development enabling everybody to be the very best that they can be
