The UK HR Manager will lead and take full responsibility of the site and have dotted lines into Europe for the group. The role reports to a highly experienced manager who has a very open, honest and fair style who believes in setting clear objectives for his team and then leaving them to drive results.

There is still lots to challenge the incoming person, this site has seen astronomical growth in a very short period of time so as you can imagine direction needs to be set from the HR Leader. We need someone who has experience working in a matrix environment.

As this is a senior role and we expect to have a good range of candidates I want to state the must haves:

• Ideally CIPD qualified
• Experience working within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• An open and honest management style that fits the business culture.
• Over 5 year’s experience within a senior HR position.

The role is Somerset based and applicants around Wiltshire and Dorset could commute to this one.

Package circa £60k + Bonus, Pension 16%, private medical.
