HR Manager
UK Leading Food and Drink Manufacturer
North London – up to £40K
I am working on a new opportunity with a leading importer, developer, and distributor of food and drinks in the UK and Europe. They are looking for a highly motivated HR Manager with experience in all day-to-day matters to join their team at their site in North London. With 130+ employees already they are significantly growing their head count in 2022 due to considerable success.
The Role
• This role brings a wide range of HR duties and responsibilities which include.
• Understand the business issues and support improvements, priorities and key drivers and ensure that HR influences all key business decisions
• Responsible for all HR management including induction/probation, resource planning, induction, policy/practices, discipline, grievance.
• Take on projects managing training, employee engagement, appraisals, and much more!
The Candidate
• Ideally CIPD level 3 (will consider equivalent level of experience if suitable)
• Demonstratable experience of managing/leading a HR function within an FMCG manufacturing environment
• Experience with delivery of people plan to support business strategy
• Advanced Excel and IT skills
