They are on the search for a HR Manager who will be the most senior HR professional in the company. The company are experiencing a fantastic period of growth and requires support to ensure the culture and practises that have been put in place continues to grow.

The Role:
•Review and manage all HR policies and practises, providing guidance at employee and management level
•Working closely with H&S manager to develop and deliver H&S practices
•Maintain company’s compliance with social ethical standards and lead audits
•Be proactive in full employee lifecycle including recruitment and developing training
You The Candidate:
•CIPD Level 5 or demonstrate equal professional experience
•Experienced HR professional, with knowledge of employment legislation HR policies and practices
• A people person, who can represent themselves well at meetings and cope in fast paced and changing environment
•Ability to work autonomously and develop and deliver HR Strategies
