The Role
– Designing, building, and testing the reporting requirements for HRIS.
– Supporting the HR team and wider end users during implementation projects.
– Identifying relationships and trends from the data and presenting these clearly.
– Curiosity is key with this role, using novel approaches to visualise the hire to retire goal.
Experience preferred
– The is a data role, to be successful we would look for the following technologies;
? Highly Advanced Excel
? Dashboard creation
? Reporting systems i.e. Power BI, SQL etc
? HRIS/ERP i.e. SAP Sucessfactors, Kronos etc
The Candidate
