Owning and managing the full Recruitment & Selection process for Office/Admin and FLM vacancies
Advising on employment relation queries from managers and employees in line with company policies/procedures/processes.
Overseeing sickness/absence management and provide guidance and support to managers.
Producing monthly departmental KPI’s
Owning and managing the Occupational Health referral process
Administering and updating departmental training matrices
Supporting the PDP process across site.
Owning HR Business Plan projects and support other departmental projects as required.
Identifying Improvements in working processes, promoting continuous improvement
CIPD Level 3 qualified or higher ( Further education/training is available for the right candidate)
Previous experience within a busy HR Department
HR legislation / Employment Law understanding / knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver a message to all levels
Proactive and pragmatic with balanced and sound judgement
Responsive problem solver and solution focused.
Ability to drive accountability amongst the Team and within the wider business
Proven experience in advising on HR associated matters (grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence, etc.)
